When Peaks To Palms Pressure Washing showed up to the customers house to take a look at his Driveway in North Port, FL. He had a lot of efflorescence showing up, this is some thing that can be treated. We removed all the old sand in the joints and start our cleaning process to remove efflorescence, mold and algae from the pavers that is growing. Once cleaning is complete we will install new sand by a process called wet sanding, what this does it allows the sand to go deeper into the joints and create a nice tight bond in the joint to stabilize the pavers. We offer deferent colors of joint stabilization sand for the home owner to choose from. Once the driveway has had the proper cleanings and is now re-sanded and dried we can start the paver sealing process. We use Trident sealers. ( Tridentprotects.com ) It's a water based sealer so what that means its breathable to and doesn't trap effloresces under the pavers. Once sealer is mixed up we spray the sealer onto the pavers and not only does this process protect the pavers it also makes them look beautiful and make your neighbors jealous that your driveway looks better.
